In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the vd555 website accessible at vd555.io, including all associated pages, services, games, betting markets, and account management tools.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual user on the vd555 platform.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has created or attempted to create an account on the vd555 platform.
• "vd555" or "We" or "Us" means the operator of the vd555 platform.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a player's vd555 account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any funds credited to a player's account as part of a promotion, welcome offer, reload bonus, cashback, or other incentive programme.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Verification Documents" means government-issued identification documents and proof of payment method ownership required by vd555 to verify a player's identity and eligibility.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which is the reference time zone for all platform operations, transaction timestamps, and deadline calculations.

To use the vd555 platform, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

Each individual may hold only one account on the vd555 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any bonus funds forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vd555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vd555 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. vd555 reserves the right to suspend any account where unauthorised access is suspected, pending investigation.

The vd555 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. vd555 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage, including during the registration process, at the time of first withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the platform.

Acceptable age verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or valid driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. All documents must be current and must clearly display your date of birth, full name, and photograph.

Where vd555 has reason to believe that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method used for deposit, after deducting any transaction costs. Winnings generated by an underage player will not be paid out under any circumstances.

In addition to age requirements, players must not be subject to any legal prohibition on gambling in their jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the vd555 platform complies with all applicable laws in Bangladesh.

All deposits and withdrawals on the vd555 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the verification status of your account.

vd555 accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. vd555 will endeavour to provide advance notice of any changes to payment method availability.

Deposits are credited to your vd555 wallet in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. vd555 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's systems. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 30 minutes, you should contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with payment processor requirements. Where a withdrawal to the original method is not possible, vd555 will contact the player to arrange an alternative. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer.

vd555 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be held pending. Players will be notified and given the opportunity to provide any requested documentation within 7 calendar days. Failure to provide documentation within this period may result in withdrawal cancellation.

vd555 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Bonus funds are credited separately to your main wallet balance. Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page.

The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• A player may hold only one active welcome bonus. Claiming a second welcome bonus from a duplicate account is prohibited.
• Bonus funds expire 30 calendar days from the date of credit if wagering requirements are not met within that period.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on certain game categories (including live sports in-play markets) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the promotion terms.

• Any attempt to circumvent wagering requirements, exploit bonus structures, or abuse the promotion system will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All bets placed on the vd555 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation.

• Void bets: A bet will be declared void if the event is cancelled, if there is a manifest pricing error, or if the event is determined to have been subject to irregular activity. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).
• In-play betting markets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during an event. vd555 is not liable for any loss of betting opportunity arising from in-play market suspension.
• Cricket betting markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international fixtures follow ICC regulations for match integrity. Any match or event determined by a regulatory body to have been fixed or manipulated will result in all related bets being voided.

vd555 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns. Where irregular patterns are identified, vd555 reserves the right to void affected bets, withhold payment pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

All casino games available on the vd555 platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. Each game operates according to its own published rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentage as certified by the relevant game studio. vd555 does not alter or modify game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or software failure — the outcome of the affected game round will be determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant game provider. Where no outcome can be determined, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the player's wallet.

Players acknowledge that all outcomes in RNG (random number generator) games are determined by certified random number generation software and that past outcomes have no influence on future outcomes. The house edge on each game is determined by the published RTP of that game.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or copy any part of the vd555 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vd555 staff or other players through any communication channel.

vd555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where vd555 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms & Conditions or has engaged in any activity that vd555 determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the platform or its other players.

Where an account is closed for reasons of verified rule violation or fraud, any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited at vd555's discretion. Where an account is closed for non-punitive reasons (for example, at the player's own request), any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's last used payment method within 10 business days.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting vd555 support. Players who are concerned about problem gambling are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available within the platform's responsible gaming settings before requesting account closure.

All content on the vd555 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software, is the property of vd555 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the vd555 platform without prior written permission from vd555. Unauthorised use of any vd555 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vd555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

vd555's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vd555 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. vd555 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, maintenance downtime, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

vd555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at vd555.io/privacy-policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vd555 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Player data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except where required to process transactions, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraud.
